“Pending” simply means he haven’t filled your order yet. Watchmen and Rex are in stock and will ship this week. Atomic Robo Vols. 1 and 3 haven’t been released yet and your order (#72382) specifies “wait until everything can ship”, so the other items in this order (Atomic Robo Vol. 2 and the t-shirt) won’t ship until everything is in stock. This is how it works: we generate shipments once a week, on Wednesday nights after we receive the week’s comics. On Thursday we begin the shipping process, and by Friday we’ve brought everything over to the post office. Orders you’ve placed since last Wednesday are “pending” (always assuming we have your comics in stock), when a shipment is generated for you it is “shipping” for a day or so while we sort everything and actually physically pick and pack your shipment, and once we’ve scanned it out of our system (the last step before bringing it over to the post office) your items have “shipped”.
