I work at Heavy Ink.

d’ya remember that time when my fav’rit colors was bleen and grue?

Blurbs

TJIC says:

Love the new icon!

Matt says:

Welcome to the HeavyInk team! Is it true they let employees poop on the floor just like the dogs?

nzc says:

Thanks, man!

Dan says:

You know what this means… burritos!

Dan says:

Hey man, congrats on the new gig!

nzc says: Adulation is nice, but cash donations are so much more sincere.
Dan says: Yeah, I'm amused, too - to take it up a level, I think the thing that makes it so NZC-like is that it's not even remotely humanoidy.
TJIC says: How wonderfully NZC-like that you picked core memory as your image!
nzc says: Sniff.
nzc says: Oh yeah.
Dan says: Yes, but you can't be your own friend...
nzc says: Hey, I can blurb myself! It's just like real life!

Lord Alfred Zango is an excellent addition to the pantheon of underachieving super villains.

This looked good, but upon reading it I couldn’t care less. Banal, advertises hugely more than it can deliver.

Poorly written. Art isn’t bad. Perhaps this is someone’s cup of thea, but it ain’t mine.

I really don’t have much to say about this other than that I really, really liked it. It’s difficult to say why. It had a grittiness that I take to be, perhaps, the British impression:interpretation:homage-to of what Olde Timey Comic Books from the US of A were like. And yet it has an ineffable lock-stock-and-two-smoking-barrels/layer cake sensibility to it. I give it two thumbs up! (!!)

Also: Alfred Chinnard rocks.
