I did, we just closed the doors last month after 2 years. It was a labor of love called Fakescience. We distributed independant artists and microlabels. We sold in album and EP format, $5 for albums, $2 for EPs. Mostly electronica, some indy rawk.
It looks like all of the books you mention will be available once we get our act together on our listings…
