What If Captain America Fallen Son

This story had a lot of potential. But instead of fulfilling that potential, the writers wasted it. They did what happened over many issues of many different series when Cap died in a few pages for Tony Stark’s death. And it ended with a bit of a cliffhanger, with no indication that there would be a second part to the story (which it desperately needs). I’d save your money for now. If a second part does come out, then it might be worth picking them both up at the same time. But other than that, the story just isn’t interesting enough to be worth reading.
