Wow, another x-title that relies on other marvel franchises in order to sell their book.
First my main complaint: This first six issue story is choppy. It relies on the reader going out and buying the ridiculous amount of oneshots invovled with it (blade, storm+gambit, namor(ongoing), death of dracula, smoke and blood, and also the simple title that is “x-men vs vampires”).
If you like blade and his vampire stuff mixed with xmen then this might be okay.
The next team up is xmen and Spider-man. Let’s be honest here this should have been titled “X-Men team-up”
This series seems entirely underserving of its title as X-Men Volume 3.
I would strongly suggest that anyone with an interest in the x-men be directed to the title x-men legacy.
I’m not really a fan of this series but its crossover stories are pretty good. I guessed this series is based on you own taste. But it isn’t really to good at keeping up with the rest of the continuity going on in the other x-titles. But #12-15 is a good arc

Warning: Before you buy issue 12 you must get “X-Men Giant Size” for part one of the story. So Chris Yost is here and the crappy teamups are on pause.
I thought Yost would take it in a different direction. clearly that is not the case since he has been kicked off to make way for Victor Gischler (again) who is determined to make this a teamup book (no matter what).
the next team up is with the FF formerly known as the fantastic four. oh yeah there’s a .1 issue where they team up with ghostrider (issue 15.1).
the lack of originality is just astounding.
