Lord Alfred Zango is an excellent addition to the pantheon of underachieving super villains.

Imagine the Monarch from the Venture Brothers, except collecting unemployment from the government and you have Lord Zango, a disillusioned villain of days past whose time in the spotlight is long gone if it was ever there in the first place. An enjoyable read for anyone who enjoys the self-aware slacker “who’ll make it real soon, just you wait!” style of comedy.
