I was first introduced to Kirkman when I learned about his comic Invincible and was intrigued. From there I picked up The Walking Dead and then from there I eventually picked up everything this man has touched. His is by far my favorite comic writer (except for when Joss Whedon chooses to grace the medium) and he has yet to let me down. If you get a chance, pick up one of his books!

Great writing. Kirkman helps you place yourself in the story through his writing. Makes everything more enjoyable and make you think “what if”.

Kirkman is one of my favorite writers. His work allowed me to turn non-comic readers into fans of his Walking Dead series, long before the tv series came out. The AMC series was just icing on the cake to his credit.

Kirkman does everything write when crafting a comic book. By telling original stories that are character driven he keeps his readers engaged. And the one thing I most like about his books are he’s not afraid to kill off a main character. So refreshing to actually be surprised when something really bad happens!

Unreal writer. First came across his work The walking dead and that sparked my comic book interest. From there I have read his wolfman comic which is okay. He is so good at keeping you locked into the comic.
