EDIT: I’ve been contacted by HeavyInk and they told me that this has been corrected. They also told me that they’ve ordered me the book I actually wanted. So, after a few extra months, all is being corrected.
This is terribly mislabeled. This is NOT the Ultimate Collection volume 4. This is the softback volume 4 trade that was covered by Ultimate Collection 2. If you want the Invincible Ultimate Collection volume 4 then DO NOT ORDER this.

I just got a reply from HI Customer Service and they said it is the 4th hardcover with an incorrect picture. They also said now that they know about it, it’s on the list of things to fix.
