Graphic Novel Summary: The clones of Dr. Iwata! When Excel disguises herself as Hyatt in order to scam dental care, she falls under the drill (and questing fingers) of a lecherous, incompetent dentist who looks remarkably like the lecherous, incompetent surgeon from Vol. 1, 2, and 3. But who's going to lose more teeth in the encounter? Meanwhile, as Il Palazzo continues to ponder the ominous voices from inside of his head, and little latchkey puppy Mince labors on a jailbreak worthy of Escape From Alcatraz, everyone's heading for the obligatory swimsuit scene at the public pool. Ordinarily, it would be the obligatory nude scene at the hot springs resort, but of course no one in can afford a vacation like that.
