Customer Reviews
Omega The Unknown is one of those books you just have to read to believe. It literally ‘feels’ like no other comic I’ve ever read, despite the fact that it features guest appearances by the Hulk and faithfully meets the requisite two-fistfights-per-issue quota of all mainstream Marvel books of the era. It creates a haunting sensation of disorientation in the reader, while subtly challenging the preconceived notions of the way a comic should ‘work.’ It’s rare to read a book that raises so many unanswered questions and demands so much personal interpretation from its readers, yet still comes across as a wholly satisfying and thoughtfully conceived read. Did you enjoy the Rorschach Test mind-f*ck of Neon Genesis Evangelion and/or the surreal storytelling of Being John Malkovich? If so, you really oughta read this book.
