Graphic Novel Summary: (W) Hiromu Arakawa (A) Huang Jin Zhou Taitou, upon completing his coming of age ceremony, is given the sword Kenkaranbu, described as the Champion's sword. A mysterious thief cites the legend of Hokushin Tenkun - there are seven heroes on earth, and two of them, Tonrou and Hagun, will bring the world to chaos - and demands the sword. Taitou stands his ground, but the thief awakens the long-dormant power within the young boy and Taitou loses control - and the sword. Taitou, his sister Laila, and Ryuukou must embark on a journey to recover the sword.
