Customer Reviews
I’ve been a spawn fan since way back, and I really am digging the new shift and ripples in the story, but I gave this a 4/5 because although the story is spot on, the art work is lacking. The art doesn’t feel substantial, which I don’t understand why the creative team chose this style seeing as how they are seasoned professionals. For a description of the art I would compare it to a rough sketch, with way too much ink to add any meaningful detail. But I imagine the book will fall back into a “Capullo” type form eventually. PS. Pick this bad boy up for the read alone, and complain to the artists for better images!) :)
