Millar's animated insanity continues as the blending of the human and cartoon worlds continue. Poor Pussywhisker gets diagnosed with testicular cancer. The trouble is, Pussywhisker's wife wants a big family, and if he can't deliver the goods he has to trawl bars and find guys with more potent sperm than he's got. Yoikes! Plus, the mystery of the human Troy Hicks and the spate of child murders in the town takes a sinister supernatural turn as we find out where cartoon animals go when they die.
