This issue reveals a lot in a very short amount of time. We finally get to see what happened on 9/11 in The Boys world and we finally get to see all of the original members of the Seven.
Anyone can write a scene with the team working together and have everything go right; it takes real talent to have one thing after another fail completely and show just how messed up this team is. We really get to look deeper into the characters of Homelander and Queen Maeve and see how their biggest failure affects them.
This was a tremendous issue. I really wish this title came out more often.
