Army of Darkness Xena… Can’t be bad right? WRONG.

I own alot of Evil Dead memorabilia, which means I own quite a decent little Army of Darkness comic collection, and this is the most dissapointing series I have ever come across. Typically when this character and background is lent to a publisher it produces good results, but when I recieved this I was upset to find that the writing was barely acceptiible, the story arch leads nowhere, and the art is downright unacceptable (ASH looks more like a horrible version of David Hasslehoffe).

The bottom line, unless you are so blinded by how awesome the movies are that you find yourself buying this, please try to refrain yourself anyway. I didn’t, and I feel terrible about it.
