I thought that this issue was weaker in comparison to the other issues in the series. One thing that really bothered me was the art in the “present” sequences. I didn’t really care for the art and combine that with the fact that Mike Grell did the “past” sequences, the difference was glaring. Another drawback is the split issue format. In 9 out of 10 instances, I prefer a feature length story. All of these little things really detracted from the story for me.
